Biography

I am a Womb Wellness Educator and Womb Steaming Therapist with a professional background in Nursing and Environmental Engineering. I help women break cycles of painful periods and hormonal chaos, prepare for healthy conception, recover after birth, and raise daughters who love their periods through the tools of body literacy, cycle syncing, and traditional self-care. I am also a wife and mother of three and have lived around the world for more than a decade.
