Biography
My journey into supporting women to heal, grow and connect with themselves and others came through my own profound experience of being held by women to find my inner voice.
As a psychotherapist, I create open and non-judgmental spaces for women to process life experiences and develop tools to meet and live their authentic selves.
I graduated from the Red School Menstruality Leadership Programme in 2021 after 4 years of deepening my practice of menstrual cycle awareness to heal crippling pre-menstrual symptoms(PMS).
